1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the facai68 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sportsbook, slots, and Toto 4D products — you ("the Member") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and facai68.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the facai68 platform and close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to hold and use a facai68 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. facai68 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any account discovered to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all funds — including deposits, winnings and bonus balances — forfeited.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of facai68 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers or technology partners.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another facai68 account that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

facai68 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Member is permitted to hold one facai68 account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you warrant that all information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or passport number, and contact details — is accurate, complete and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your facai68 login credentials. facai68 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify facai68 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. facai68 may request a copy of your government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the facai68 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven cash deposit and USDT TRC20. facai68 does not accept cash deposits by post or any other physical means.

Deposits are credited to your facai68 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. facai68 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. facai68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) subject to completed KYC verification.

facai68 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request that it determines, in its sole discretion, to warrant additional review. During such review, the relevant funds will be held pending verification outcome.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on facai68 are subject to the specific rules of the product in which they are placed — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots or Toto 4D. Product-specific rules are displayed within each product area and form part of these Terms by reference.

facai68 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed following an obvious pricing or system error;
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of irregular or corrupted event outcomes;
• The bet is associated with fraudulent, collusive or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of these Terms;
• The event to which the bet relates is subsequently found to have been subject to irregular activity by a relevant governing body.

All winning bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with facai68 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. facai68's decision on bet settlement disputes is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

facai68 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, rollover (wagering) requirements, eligible product restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

facai68 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are personal to the qualifying Member and are non-transferable. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to circumvent rollover requirements, or any other activity that facai68 determines constitutes abuse of its promotional offering — is prohibited and will result in bonus and associated winnings forfeiture.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the facai68 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome;
• Exploitation of pricing, system or software errors;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Registration of multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC processes;
• Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct toward facai68 staff or other platform users.

Where facai68 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may at its sole discretion void bets, withhold or confiscate funds, permanently close the Member's account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the facai68 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces and data feeds — is the proprietary property of facai68 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Member a licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any facai68 platform content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, facai68 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or third-party system downtime that temporarily affect platform access or bet placement;
• Losses arising from events outside facai68's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions or regulatory changes.

facai68's aggregate liability to any Member shall in no event exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their facai68 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

facai68 collects, processes and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the facai68 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

facai68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered account address. The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly stated. Continued use of the facai68 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which facai68's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes as to validity, interpretation, performance or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your place of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between facai68 and the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any nature.
